Hi I had a similar problem some time ago, so may I make these suggestions? Install Windows ( or whatever ) in your new harddrive and make it the master, with your present HD with AOL as slave. Then 1. Install a boot manager ( e.g. BootMagic or Boot-It )in your new HD and you'll have a choice of which drive to boot. 2. If you don't use your AOL connection often, then don't bother with a boot manager. On the rare occasions when you want AOL, just go into CMOS ( Press DEL or whatever it says on your screen ) on bootup and disable your primary master i.e. "Primary Master - Not Installed". Then allow your computer to boot your second disk. Julie _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam?
