I have read so many times (PC Build and PC Soft)
about people having problems with startup programs.

I found this little util years ago, and wouldn't
run a machine without it.
Take a look at Startup Control Panel by Mike Lin.
I've personally used it on Win 3.1, 98, NT and XP.
It lists startup folders (current user and all users),
as well as registry runs and services.
