I just spoke with Borrie Ceesay who is the President of the Senegambian association in Madison. I was told that the folks detained are still in jail in Milwaukee. They just got a lawyer who said that he can help them out if they only have Immigration charges, but he can't do anything if they have Federal charges. He hasn't told them his fees yet, cause he needs to find out.
