<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I know this question has been asked before, but I am confused. Are they GF? The ingredients seem completely GF without any question. Kraft (which oversees Post) has made a new policy to be explicit in their labelling when it comes to allergens. So, what (if anything) is the problem with these cereals? What specifically is not GF? Also, as a test, I was wondering if anyone who is very sensitive to gluten has had either of these and whether they got sick. I do not get any obvious reactions when I eat gluten (other than flattening of the villii...), so it is hard for me to tell. Thanks! I am happy to summarize.
