I'd just like to add (to Debbie Milby's post) that I believe SanJ has 
BOTH wheat free tamari and a soy sauce which has wheat...I may not be 
right but I think I've reached for one on the shelf in a supermarket and 
noticed that there were two and the bottles were not that dissimilar. 
Also, a Thai restaurant I go to when I'm able uses a wheat free soy 
sauce by a company called Golden Mountain, I believe. This is from 
memory. I wasn't able to find it in a large store in Seattle's 
International district, though, where I had hoped it would be.
