I do not know for sure but I will try to chek it out tonight with my Alim software at home or ask our local imam for his opinion/or basis of action .
My gut feeling and take on this would be it is not right in the first place for unmarried people to have s*x , but if it happens and it is concentual then they may be asked to consider marriage but if it is not concentual then the person who violates the other partner ( usually the man) then he gets 40 lashes on his back as a punishment - from the little I know .
