Fellow pizza lovers,

I had an amazing, crispy crust pizza Saturday night.  I could pick it up and eat it!  I used Mona's pita/pizza flip mix, I made one pizza instead of the individual sizes, did not wait the full 60 minutes before baking, I only waited 30, then I prebaked the crust until it began to turn golden around the edges, approx. 8 minutes.  I could not believe how well it turned out.  I've tried so many other mixes and formulations, this one is a keeper!
