She will speak and sign books. Sarros is author of Wheat-free Gluten-free Dessert Cookbook, Wheat-free Gluten-free Reduced Calorie Cookbook, and Wheat-free Gluten-free Cookbook for Kids and Working Adults. While many cookbooks of this type feature ingredients that must be ordered, Sarros' recipes feature items that can be purchased from local grocery and health food stores. Group meetings are held at 6 p.m. the first Thursday of every month. They are open to anyone who may benefit from a wheat-free gluten-free diet, including but not limited to those with other digestive problems, autism, wheat allergy, ADHD, yeast problems, or fibromyalgia.
