Moderate, yeah.  I will do some exercise on this bet but I'm not going all
out lest the guru says any weight loss is due to exercise.  Grrrr!  I'm
shooting for swimming laps once a week and doing weights once a week with,
oh, three nice, long walk per week with the dog, 30-60 minutes each.

If I were to feel major hunger, I'd eat more low-carb vegetables and a
little more fat.  For me, it's never so much hunger as wanting something to
chew on, know what I mean?
