OK. I surrender here (no fat at all in this meal). I would be hungry in 30
min after such small meal.

I think Rachel approach is better and in such a case you should avoid fat at
the moment.

But I think you can over a period of time train your body to digest more and
more fat per meal and it's worth doing. At the moment for instance I can eat
up to 100 g of fat per meal without any consequences and a few months ago it
was like 50 g or so.
