Hi Ken, You could try Melatonin - its a the thing the brain naturally produces to go to sleep. Also for the pain you might try - Glucosamine and Chodroitin ( shark cartledge) - not sure on the spellings but must be close - Bob - who works here and has CP - legs affected - swears by it for the hip pain relief as it regrows the stuff that makes the joint move smoothly.
