I've been GF for two years and until recently understood that white distilled vinegar is not safe. I do use many others, ie balsamic, red wine, apple cider w/no problems. Lately, among the celiac mail I've been seeing some different statements made about vinegar, but the type of vinegar isn't specified. Some celiacs are claiming they have no vinegar issues, and some say they do. Are you referring to all vinegars, or just white distilled? It'll be great to know since vinegar is in sooo many products.
