For example, many orthorexics can recite the label information of various foods from memory, and will only eat lowfat this-or-that. Many othorexics have a history of anorexia/bulimia. They've just traded one obession for another. So, orthorexia might be simply defined as an unhealthy interest in/obsession with a healthy diet. I have encountered paleofolk who strike me as a little orthorexic, as well as I've encountered (perhaps more) Ornish-types who seem to also fit the bill.
