flax seeds have 30% flax seed oil, take the 3-fold

with the seeds you get much more in addition.
Of one day RDA you get with your spoon (20g):
10% protein
 8% b2
11% b6
10% iron
25% magnesium.

If eating flax seeds you need to be shure to drink enough water with  it,
otherwise it may become a hard substance in the gut.

And the flax seeds contain 99% of the anti-cancer lingnanes
of flax, compared to the oil
