Hello Everyone,

Today when I started my PC, I got a message "Kernel32.exe cannot be found. One of its files or libraries is missing". I clicked the OK button and the desktop came up as usual.

I suspect an email from one businss associate that I opened yesterday, which I have enclosed below. (Before I shut down yesterday, I imported a previous backup of the Registry as a safety measure. )

Does anyone know anything about these symptoms and what I can do about them ?

I use Windows 95 (4.00.950 B), Internet Explorer 5.0 (5.00.2014.0216), Outlook Express 5.0.

Thanks and regards
