I prefer to get my K from living beeings which contain plenty of K. However I checked your link, and though I read the h-ion explanation I couldn't find it plausible what a H- ion would be. I think, that's just an electron. H is just a proton(+) and a electron(-) what should a additional electron do there? H- sounds like a hypothesis, basically prooving the existence of electrons. The water sources mentioned (mountain springs etc) of course would be best. Cheers Amadeus (doubting most processing devices)
