Hi All,

Does anyone have any tips on making dumplings for something like chicken and
dumplings.  All my attempts have resulted in dumplings, well, let's say if I
went out in public with them I could be considered armed and dangerous.  I
have never attempted  to use yeast in them to make them a little lighter?
Does anyone have a good recipe? Also, I cannot have corn, soy, or dairy, but
usually can compensate,  Thanks, Carol
