AMD is pretty fussy about power supplies, and only certifies a few models for
use with their CPU's. You can get the current list is available at their web
site. FWIW, I have a 300 watts PS in my 800 mhz Athlon with about the same
amount of gear as yours, and it's been running fine for over a year.
