Only if the fan-and-heatsink are too small to begin with. Most later batches of K6-2 350's were really 400's in makeup anyway...

   Did you switch CPU P-n-P to USER DEFINE/100Mhz? If so, you may have a bad MB. You still have two things to try. First, clear the CMOS and go back into BIOS and set up USER DEFINED CPU. Second, try flashing BIOS with latest version and updating the drivers for the MB.

   If it still drifts to 95Mhz FBS the board IS bad.
