Prior to diagnosis, my 10 y.o. lived on bagels. I used Betty Hagman's recipe out of,The Gluten-free Gourmet Bakes Bread. It's called Sarah's Bagels. I added 2 tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon to the eight bagel recipe. They tasted like real regular cinnamon bagels. Beth, Cincinnati, OH
