I'm ready to start my Christmas baking and am not sure which flour blend to
use.  I definitely want to purchase an already mixed blend - I don't want
to mix my own.  However, there are so many to choose from.  I'm thinking of
going with the Bette Hagman bean one, but do I have to add my own xanthan
gum to everything?  Are certain blends better for cookie baking?  Is there
any blend that offers a less gritty texture than others?  Please help...
