I cook everything GF from scratch and am interested in buying a kitchenaid
stand mixer. I make double batches of most things and freeze.  I use a bread
machine but would also like to make some breads with the Kitchenaid mixer. Is
the 325 watt adequate for this usage-or shall I go to the 350-or 425? I'm
also concerned about the size of the bowl-do I need to go to the 350 (5
quart) or 425 (6 quart) to get a big enough mixing bowl? Will I be able to
get all that dough in a 325 watt bow (4 1/2 quart) and will the motor have
enough power? As always, thank you so much for your shared experience!!!!
