Steve, Thanks for the advice. I like your explanation, but why did the monitor work when I first got it but stopped working the way I prefer after a few weeks? My 2 other monitors work OK with the procedure I use and one of them is 10 months old (the other 8 years old). If nothing else works, I will just change my habit.
