Mr Jammeh,

Indeed some of the foriegn observers are already here.
The commonwealth observers in particular have been
attending some seminars organised by the Gambia Press
Union on election reporting. In addition, the local
human rights groups are also on the ground. Am told
that more observers will be coming before the end of
the week.
