Now that we have few results, officially two results (Banjul South and Jamgjamgbureh Constituency). I do not think PPP and GPP have helped the UDP. This is based on the results so far. In 1996, UDP pulled 41.43% of the vote casted in Jangjangbureh and in Banjul South, it pulled 33.16%. The numbers have not increased for the Coalition. Why? Hamat Bah has gained this year compared to 1996.
