Hi List,

See "Diabetes Forecast" (October 2001 issue)for an article entitled "Wheat
Ails you?" (pages 75-78).  The article not only pertains to diabetics, but to
celiacs in general and is excellent.  It was written by Marie McCarren,
assisted by Jean Guest, MS, RD,of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Also, does anyone on the List have firsthand experience with getting
workplace cafeterias to carry gluten-free foods?
