This all comes back to fish. I see too much emphasis on meat in these
discussions, and not enough about fish, or organ meats. The best nourished
native peoples eat either a lot of fish, and/or the organ meats of animals,
particularly the liver. I haven't heard a single person talk about liver ...
wasamatter, guys..you too squeamish to eat liver...?

I just heard about lions -- apparently the only part of a zebra they eat
is the liver. The same with native peoples -- frequently they didn't even eat
the muscle meat, only the internal organs. The fundamental requirements of
good nutrition are plentiful supplies of the fat soluble vitamins A and D,
and these are only found in seafood and the organ meats, storage fat and
butter fat of grass fed animals.
