It's not possible on ketogenic diet but when you boosts your carbs it can
happen.
If you eat every 3 hours through the day meats, fats, nuts, veggies it's
simply. I always been a big eater. But my cal intake varies daily, probably
eating 5500 every day would be kind of boring.

Another point may be that my digestion may be weak so I absorb less
nutrition than somebody with good digestion eating 3 500 kcal.


Next month I will try to gain some muscle to see if it's possible to have
substantial gains naturally so I will probably force myself to eat that much
daily but that's another story.
