i find it interesting the criteria you propose.  I wonder whether those involve in selecting/or putting themselves to be elected will take any notice such important ideals.

Ebrima, KB, Sanusi, Anty Jabou et al, your insights on DECREE 89 are very vital.  It should be incumbent on all the opposition parties to study the constitutional provisions in detail so that the rogue regime will not pull any surprises.
