You bet!!!  I gained ten pounds working out after going paleo and dropped
two sizes.......  You'll see as you work out and stay paleo.....  Watch the
fruit if you need to lose a few pounds.  Why "juice" at all?  Unless, of
course, you need some immediate fructose.....  illness, etc....   I think I
would "juice" vegetables before I would fruit.....  You want to keep the
insulin regulated.....   I do anyway.....  Oliva
