<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I only had a few responses regarding restaurants in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. Several people replied that they wanted to know what I found out. Here are the responses: In Ft. Myers SWEET TOMATOES is a very good Salad Buffet only restaurant. Huge variety to choose from. I do not know if their salad dressings are GF. I always go with the oil and vinegar. Located on Rt. 41 the main street of Ft. Myers. There are two Outbacks - one on US 41 in Fort Myers, one in Cape Coral. Bahama Breezes in Fort Myers also has great meals. There is a great health food store, Ada's on 41 in Fort Myers, that has TONS of GF stuff. There is a Hop's in Fort Myers at 5043 S. Cleveland Ave., (941) 418-0190 - Hopsonline.com. They are a small chain restaurant with quite a few restaurants in Florida. I received a reply from their corporate office on Feb. 1, 2001 regarding their gluten free menu items. They are word for word: Fresh catch with lemon butter sauce. The fresh catch vaires, but is all prepared the same. Salmon is always available. The lemon butter sauce contains white wine, thyme, salt & pepper, lemon juice, sugar, cream and butter. Broccoli w/ garlic butter. Garlic butter contains garlic powder, butter, white wine, salt & pepper, parsley, dill, oregano, and basil. Brewmaster steak seasoned w/ garlic butter (above) Ribeye steak Black beans & yellow rice Walkerswood Combo. This is shrimp and salmon and the walkerswood sauce is the lemon butter sauce with jerk seasoning House salad Baked Potato Thanks to all. This is a BIG help. A few people mentioned they would like a copy of the Chevy's GF list. I found it on the delphi site. If you can't find it, I would be glad to send it to anyone. God bless, Annette in Indiana
