Hello all.  Just wanted to share a new program I have been doing.  Some of
you may be familure with Pavel Tsatsouline's work such as Power to the
People.  For the past two weeks I have been tinkering with his Russian
Kettle bell challenge which is comprise of high rep ballistic movements such
as 1arm swings and olympic lifts.  It is truely incredible for improving
