Good news,
After a 3 year court battle, the Supreme Court upheld Casey Martin's argument that he be allowed to use a golf cart between holes in PGA Tournaments.  The PGA opposed his use of a cart because they claim that walking between holes is important because it introduces fatigue as a factor to success.  The Supreme Court agreed that Martin's debilitating leg condition already fatigued him to a greater extent than an able-bodied competitor who walks from hole to hole, and that it is still fair for him to use a cart.  The ADA was the basis for the ruling.
