Hi there-

I was wondering if any one who lives in the Washington, DC area has ever
tried the several varieties of flourless Passover cakes that Sutton Place
Gourmet bakes during Passover?

I did have an employee check with the main bakery to find out whether there
was flour used to dust the pan - there is not, and judging from the
ingredients, they would apprear to be gluten free.  I am not sure about any
contamination in the kitchen though.
