<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi there- I was wondering if any one who lives in the Washington, DC area has ever tried the several varieties of flourless Passover cakes that Sutton Place Gourmet bakes during Passover? I did have an employee check with the main bakery to find out whether there was flour used to dust the pan - there is not, and judging from the ingredients, they would apprear to be gluten free.
