Having the recipe available is also helpful for those individuals who are sensitive to other foods to know what ingredients were used to prepare the dish. MEETING TOPIC: Gluten-Free Hospital Care We would like to make this a workshop session to outline our needs for maintaining a gluten-free diet while hospitalized. Please think about what your concerns would be if you were suddenly hospitalized. This will be a good starting point to come up with some ideas to develop an information package to present to the hospital dietitian and staff who will be caring for you or your family.
