I've been diagnosed as CELIAC approx. a year now.  Although my Iron
Deficiency Anemia has improved on the diet, I continue to have problems
with my weight.  I am still down aprox. 20 lbs from my ideal.  I know that
alot of the problem is just lack of easy snacks when I get hungry.  I work
in a remote sort of area, that makes it difficult to grab a bite when I
need to.  Is there a list of good GF snacks out there, besides just rice
cakes (yuk) etc.?  We're talking good fattening stuff!

I used to eat burgers, drink beer and loads of fritos, etc on my off time.
Especially fishing trips, etc.  Now I just don't have any choices except
fruit and rice crackers and my weight seems to just keep slipping...
Would appreciate any ideas.
