I am physically active !


No matter what your needs are, you need less raw meats.

But with the philosophy of body building where more is better ? that might
be  a different story.
did you ever visually see the difference in meat  texture  between the
carcassess of wild herbivores and domesticated ones (like a wild sheep
versus a domesticated one).
 this is The marbling of the tissues that makes the muscle bigger in volume
but not as strong and quick to respond than the wild muscle . This also the
difference in density ( the wild muscle is heavier ).
Guarantee that cooked meat will give you those nice fluffy gorgeous muscles.

a sheep  lying on his back is unable to get back on its legs,  that tell you
something about the incapicating quality of its muscles. I killed with a
knife a deer and can tell you about the bouncing strengh of those  thin
muscles..
but it is true that there is no wild animal bodybuilder either .
