I am having some knee pain recently, which I am sure is due to taking up
basketball.  I do heavy squats, but have done so all my life with no
problems.  The local health food store wants to sell me controitin and some
other stuff I can't remember, but I would rather suypplement my diet with
foods that help build joints.  What reccomendations does anyone have?
