Hi - If a product is marked kosher PARVE, then it contains no milk-dreived um, DERived ... products and no products from any part of an animal EXCEPT that it may contain eggs and egg-derived products. Depending upon the details of the certifying organization, it may also contain fish and fish-derived products. But certainly nothing derived from any part of a land animal. My web page contains some further details on kosher markings, as they pertain to people with dairy allergy. I hope this helps, --Beth Kevles [log in to unmask] http://web.mit.edu/kevles/www/nomilk.html -- a page for the milk-allergic Disclaimer: Nothing in this message should be construed as medical advice.
