<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I received many letter but most of them were asking for a direct response as they too were looking for GF Teriyaki Sauce. Two people responded that they have found it, one spelling ti LA Choy and one spelling it LA Choi. I found La Choy Website but could not find any reference to GF Teriyaki Sauce. I have checked my local supermarkets and none of them carry this, including the health food markets. One person said they found it in the South called Crysatal Original Marinade Teriaki Sauce from a company called Boumer Foods, Inc. in New Orleans, but I have not had a chance to follow up on this one. I have never seen this product here in So. Calif. Two people sent me simple recipes to make my own and said it lasts a long time in the refrigerator. The first recipe was really simple. It was to take GF soy sauce, water and sugar and to shake vigorously. The other was to take ginger, GF soy sauce, garlic, sweet red wine, a little corn starch. I would probably add a little brown sugar also. Sounds easier than all this research. If anyone in S. Calif. finds La Choy, I would appreciate knowing in which market chain it was found. Renee C.
