<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I have noticed, since the 3 years I'm diagnosed w/celiac sprue, the there is almost no list or research for us knowing if liqueurs: creme de menthe, triple-sec, Fra Angelico, amaretto, Irish cream, galliano, kahlua, tia maria, etc... I think it would be an excellent project for a regional association to make a research and find its gluten statut. One member would search one brand of liqueur each and post its results here and it would benefit everyone. I already post GF recipes at an other site, and it takes me many minutes a day, but if I didnt have my businesses and had more time, I would do it myself. Could anyone try it?
