You could still do that with IE's favorite. Make a shortcut of your
favorite folder and do a search of that folder to find the URL you need to
go. Favorite is located in Windows folder for Windows 98; Profiles of WINNT
for NT4; Documents and Settings folder for Win2000.

You can export your Favorites from File/Import and Export of IE5.
