Sounds like hardware problem. Did the machine work before (you format)? Please follow Nospin step by step troubleshooting guide (check Nospin webpage). I have two primary suspects in mind: either the RAM or the mobo (may need to flash BIOS). But the problem also could be BIOS setting, or any other hardware inside (eg. I had a case that with an Internal modem installed, the machine won't post).
