I've been reacting to almost everything I bake from scratch. I get a tight throat, congestion, and sometimes itching and/or abdominal pain. These are normal reactions for me. (I'm one of those people who get constipation instead of diarrhea). I've been really careful about any kitchen contamination and am sure it's not that. I've narrowed it down to the corn starch (I think). I finally tried some by itself and got the same reaction. I was using Argo brand. Corn itself doesn't seem to bother me. Am I dealing with cross contamination? If so, what brand should I use? Thanks! Linda
