Here are some websites for ingredients and such - note that most of them are for the US only/primarily [I can't help the folks in other countries, other than to suggest they look for similar sites in those places]: http://www.mcdonalds.com/countries/usa/food/index.html has access to a listing of ingredients, a listing of allergens, and a few disclaimers to take them off the hook; http://www.burgerking.com/nutrition.htm is a lot harder to deal with - you have to look up each meal independently, but it's all there [eventually]; http://www.wendys.com/the_menu/nut_frame.html is even worse than BK's. You have to select for the "fresh ingredients" at the bottom of the page, then select the food, and then look through all the various components. http://www.chick-fil-a.com/content/menu/menuInnerFrame.htm gets you to each individual item, which you can then read through. http://www.subway.com/ and then select "Nutrition Information" then select "Product Ingredients" will get you there [not sure what technology they use, but it's a form of frames it looks like]. http://dir.hotbot.lycos.com/Business/Industries/Hospitality_Industry/Restaurant_ Chains/ is a pretty comprehensive list of FastFood and restaurant chains - the ingredient information they list varies however. Interestingly for the non-US members of this alias, it looks like they include at least SOME of the international information. I hope this helps everyone. Eric
