I'm finding out that I have multiple food allergies along with the
Celiac problems.  I don't seem to be able to tolerate corn, soy or
milk.  Corn has been the most difficult to cut from my diet as it's a
big alternative grain for Celiac folks.  What sort of thickeners should
I use since corn starch is out of the question?  What's a good non-dairy
alternative to soy milk?
