Thanks David for the articles.  It is interesting to note that for a blind
person to be able to read these books currently one must spend between
$3,000 and $5,000 on a device produced by Pulse Data.  These books cannot
be read on a pc adapted with a screen reader, something that many of the
likely blind readers will already have.  Is this not non-access access?
