Recently, somebody claimed that the speech that comes with Windows is easy to learn and useful for the visually impaired. She said I could use any computer with Windows by clicking on an access tool. Because I've heard nothing of that on this list, I suspect that she exaggerating. Can anybody confirm here? Does Windows 2000 have speech access that is usable for a person who can't read the screen?
