While in the beginning I was very strict that is exactly what I do today. I go to eat in restaurants or out to dinner about once every two weeks. When I go out to dinner I eat anything and everything I want and all I want of it. Also today I put olive oil on my low fat foods to keep my calorie count up. If I didn't I would lose weight to fast. After eating out I am happy to return to my paleo way of eating because it makes me feel the best physically and emotionally. Michael Dori Zook wrote: > Whoa Nelly!
