One of my favorite snacks as a child was to have raw oats mixed with
cinnamon and raisins, then top it with milk and sugar.  All uncooked.  I
loved the chewy cold flavor.  Now with paleo, I sometimes take a small
cup, add 1/8 cup uncooked oats, add honey, dried fruit and coconut milk
and chew my little heart out.  It is so good.
